1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Kitchen303 agrees to provide professional culinary services, including menu design, food preparation, and [on-site service/delivery] for the event specified in a contract/invoice. The agreed-upon menu will be included and outlined in the formal quote.

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Reservation Deposit: A [50%] non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and initiate menu planning and ingredient procurement.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due [7 or 14] days prior to the event date.
Late Payments: Kitchen303 reserves the right to pause procurement or cancel services if the final balance is not settled by the due date.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as they cover administrative costs, menu development, and the loss of booking opportunity.
Cancellations within [X] Days: Cancellations made within [7] days of the event are subject to 100% of the total contract value due to perishable food costs and labor allocation.
Force Majeure: If Kitchen303 cannot perform due to circumstances beyond control (acts of God, strikes, etc.), liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid, minus costs already incurred.
4. GUEST COUNT & ADJUSTMENTS
A final guaranteed guest count is required [10] days before the event. If the guest count increases after this date, Kitchen303 will attempt to accommodate and will invoice for the additional costs accordingly. No credits will be issued if the actual guest count is lower than the guarantee.

5. LIABILITY & PERMITS
Kitchen303 maintains all necessary New York food service certifications. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides adequate space and access for the culinary team.

6. AUTHORIZATION
By paying the associated invoice, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Catering Service Agreement. Payment constitutes a digital signature and formal acceptance of this contract.
